These terms apply when you use our payment gateway approval services. By paying for our service, you agree to the following:
1. Service Scope
- We audit and fix website compliance issues (SSL, legal pages, GSTIN verification) to help you get approved by payment gateways like PayU/Razorpay.
- Approval is not guaranteed (depends on gateway policies and your cooperation).
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate documents (GSTIN, PAN, bank details).
- Grant access to your website for audits/fixes.
- Do not modify your website post-audit (until approval).
3. Fees & Payments
- Fee: ₹1,999 (non-refundable unless gateway rejects your application).
- Refunds are processed via PayU within 7 days of rejection proof (see Refund Policy ).
4. Limitations
- We are not liable for:
- Rejections due to false/fraudulent documents.
- Payment gateway policy changes after fixes.
- We are not affiliated with PayU, Razorpay, or any legal authority.
5. Confidentiality
- We will not share your business details with third parties (except payment gateways during submission).
6. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in [Your City] courts.
