These terms apply when you use our payment gateway approval services. By paying for our service, you agree to the following:


1. Service Scope

  • We audit and fix website compliance issues (SSL, legal pages, GSTIN verification) to help you get approved by payment gateways like PayU/Razorpay.
  • Approval is not guaranteed (depends on gateway policies and your cooperation).

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate documents (GSTIN, PAN, bank details).
  • Grant access to your website for audits/fixes.
  • Do not modify your website post-audit (until approval).

3. Fees & Payments

  • Fee: ₹1,999 (non-refundable unless gateway rejects your application).
  • Refunds are processed via PayU within 7 days of rejection proof (see Refund Policy ).

4. Limitations

  • We are not liable for:
    • Rejections due to false/fraudulent documents.
    • Payment gateway policy changes after fixes.
  • We are not affiliated with PayU, Razorpay, or any legal authority.

5. Confidentiality

  • We will not share your business details with third parties (except payment gateways during submission).

6. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in [Your City] courts.
