If we fail to get your payment gateway approved within 7 days of completing fixes, you’ll receive a 100% refund – guaranteed.


Refund Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Submit a refund request within 30 days of service completion.
  • Requirements:
    • Share a rejection screenshot from the gateway (e.g., PayU/Razorpay).
    • Provide all requested documents (GSTIN, PAN, bank details) during the audit.

No Refund For:

  • Rejections due to false/fraudulent documents .
  • Changes to your website post-service (e.g., removing SSL).

Steps to Request a Refund

  2. Refund Process: We’ll issue the refund via PayU within 7 business days .
