Refund Eligibility
- Timeframe: Submit a refund request within 30 days of service completion.
- Requirements:
- Share a rejection screenshot from the gateway (e.g., PayU/Razorpay).
- Provide all requested documents (GSTIN, PAN, bank details) during the audit.
No Refund For:
- Rejections due to false/fraudulent documents .
- Changes to your website post-service (e.g., removing SSL).
